Use the dynamite tool to delete items or data from your model.
Use the following table as a reference for how to use the dynamite to delete model building blocks, objects, and other items. For more information about how to use the dynamite tool, see Deleting model items and data.

Cloud | Click the cloud. |
Connector | Click the connector's handle. |
Converter | Click within the converter's border. |
Equation on the Equation layer | Click the equation. The associated entity in the model is also deleted. |
Flow | Click the flow regulator. |
Graph pad page data | Click within the graph's axes, or click the graph pad's dynamite icon. |
Graph pad page scale | Click either the minimum or maximum scale value on the Y-axis. |
Graph pad/ loop pad/table pad icon | Click the pad icon. |
Graph pad/table pad entities | Click the entity's name in the pad window. |
Graph pad/table pad page | Turn to the page that you want to delete, then click the upper triangle in the page's page turner. |
Graphical input device (GID) |
Click anywhere on the GID. |
Graphics frame | Click anywhere on the graphics frame. |
Knob, switch, or status indicator | Click anywhere on the object. |
List input device (LID) | Click anywhere on the LID. |
Numeric display | Click anywhere on the numeric display. |
Sector frame | Click along the sector frame's border, or within its header. |
Slider | Click anywhere on the slider. |
Stock | Click within the stock's border. |
Table pad page data | Click any entity value in the table (all data will be deleted), or click the table pad's dynamite icon. |
Text box and enclosed text | Click the text box border or the text. |
