isee Runtime presents your models with a professional full-screen look and feel so they can be easily shared or commercially distributed. Previously known as the STELLA™ or iThink™ Model Viewer, the new isee Runtime provides a single unified solution for presenting models created with all isee products.
End-users running a model with isee Runtime won’t be distracted by software menus or toolbars. Instead, they will interact with your model via a full-screen graphical user interface that you create using the built-in authoring features of STELLA and iThink.
Your STELLA or iThink model may be a key deliverable for a business client, an interactive Learning Environment for students, or simply a story that you’d like to share. Regardless of the audience, isee Runtime ensures your model is presented exactly as you intended.

A. isee Runtime is an updated version of the STELLA and iThink Model Viewers. The only difference is the name. Models created for the Model Viewer will present and run exactly the same using isee Runtime as they do using STELLA or iThink Model Viewer.
A. If you are using a Windows computer you can view and run models with isee Runtime that were saved on a Macintosh. You do not need to convert the models.

A. Yes, isee Runtime will allow you to view and run models that were saved with previous versions of STELLA or iThink . When you open a model that was saved with a previous version, a message box will appear indicating that version number. Simply click on the OK button to open the model with isee Runtime.
A. To prepare a model for isee Runtime you must save it as a Runtime File using either STELLA or iThink software. Models designed for isee Runtime are saved at a specific screen size known as the "Target Screen Size." If the model is viewed with a screen resolution that is smaller than the Target Screen Size, a portion of the model may not be visible. If the model is viewed with a screen size substantially larger than the Target Screen Size, there may be aesthetic issues. Be sure to select an appropriate Target Screen Size for your audience. Create the model with the Target Screen Size in mind, organizing the layout of your interface into separate screens that are the same size. You can use buttons to create navigation controls and move between screens.
