The following tutorials demonstrate how to use iThink to construct a model of a business process showing the dynamics between workload and headcount. For hands-on experience building this model and additional tutorial instruction, open the models found in the Tutorials directory of your iThink Trial or iThink version 9 installation.

Model Building and Simulation Tutorials
Stocks & Flows; Graphs & Tables This first tutorial demonstrates the basic mechanics of building and simulating a stock and flow model of a business process. You will also learn how to view the results of the simulation by using the Graph and Table Pads. This will become the foundation for each subsequent tutorial in this series.		View Demo

Text Boxes, Buttons & Graphics Frames This tutorial shows how to create a first-level user interface for a model. You’ll see how Text Boxes, Graphs, Buttons and Graphics Frames can transform your model into a business planning tool.		View Demo
